Hare's Ear Parachute Dry Fly
A classic parachute dry fly that's extremely productive, particularly in slower to medium currents. Hare's ear parachute dry flies ride low in the water to give a natural profile to trout. Fish these dry flies during a hatch of mayflies and when trout are sipping duns from the surface. Most anglers recognize it's cousin, the hare's ear nymph....well if you haven't fished it dry before, you are missing out!
